1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Camera to Clipboard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Vlix Company ("we," "our," or "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Camera to Clipboard is a file transfer application that allows you to send photos, videos, and other files directly from your mobile device (iOS or Android) to your desktop computer's clipboard or file system over your local Wi-Fi network. The App consists of a mobile application and a companion desktop application (macOS or Windows), both of which are required for the service to function. Files are transferred directly between devices over your local network using end-to-end encryption.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 Free and Pro Tiers

The App offers both a free tier and a Pro tier. The free tier includes a limited number of daily transfers, a watermark on transferred images, and access to additional transfers through watching rewarded advertisements. The Pro tier removes all limitations, including watermarks, and provides unlimited transfers. The Pro tier is available through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase.

3.2 Subscription Plans

• Pro Monthly: Billed monthly, renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Pro Annual: Billed annually, renews automatically each year until cancelled.
• Pro Lifetime: A one-time purchase that grants permanent access to Pro features.

3.3 Billing and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

3.4 Free Trials

Subscription plans may include a free trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by the App Store or Google Play Store.

3.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to transfer illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers.
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vlix Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your information.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• File transfer relies on your local Wi-Fi network, and we are not responsible for network availability or performance.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data during file transfer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vlix Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
